Return Policy
We at Ambica Wedding Mall strive to give our customers the best in class service and therefore have an easy cancellation and return policy.
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
* Return request can be placed by contacting our support team via Email, Chat support within 3 days of receipt of your shipment
* Returns/ Exchange accepted only in case of damaged or defective items
* In original condition. Unwashed, unworn and in original folding, packaging with tags intact.
* In the original packaging. Sarees should be in original folding.
* No cash refunds. Refund will be issued in the form of a Gift card which can be used at www.ambicaweddingmall.com for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
